a word to our readers:
Despite a challenging year in the orchard, we’re still optimistic about the harvest season. Seeing the first olio nuovo pour forth from the mill is always the most exciting part of being an olive grower. This coming year, we hope that renewed marketing efforts on the part of the IOC help to “add some life” to our existing customer base and create new fans of EVOO for all of us. We appreciate any marketing effort that reminds people that olive oil is wonderful, flavorful and healthy. Let’s keep spreading the word.
