This competition aims to highlight the best national and international olive oil production and bring it to the attention of operators and consumers. The oils will be assessed by a qualified international jury across the following categories: Extra Virgin, Single Variety and Organic. The Extra Virgin category in turn is divided into delicate, medium fruity and intense fruity.
The Competition aims to reward national and international extra virgin olive oils and is open not only to all companies exhibiting at SOL but also to all companies seeking to promote their products.
