Sierra olives are well know from their character and taste. Is an extra virgin olive oil produced from the picual and manzanilla varieties This variety of olives, deep green in color, produce a full body oil with an intense and unique flavor.

Gran Insignia / PUERTA DE LAS VILLAS Extra Virgin Olive Oils, both comes exclusively from olives collected “in flight” and extracted by physical procceses at the time of collection to not lose any of their extraordinary properties. First cold pressed within 24 hours of their collection in their own facility mills. Also are bottled and packaged in the same mill making their production an integrated and traceable one.
