California Olive Oil Manufacturing Co. began in 1936. In 2008, the company was purchased from the Ugaste family and the name was changed to Bari Olive Oil Co. The owners are brothers, Kyle and Ryan Sawatzky. They are 5th generation farmers and are committed to growing and producing the finest EVOO available in California. They are committed to offering the consumer and growers a range of services and options. Because of this commitment, Bari is now an organic processing facility and was certified by the CCOF in 2010. Bari has a 3.5 Ton/hr. Amenduni Mill. Bari offers contracts to growers and is a custom milling and bottling facility. Bari has won Gold Medals in the L.A. County Fair and also the California Olive Oil Council competitions. The olive oil can be sampled at Bari’s olive oil tasting room and gift shop. The facility is centrally located between Reedley, Dinuba and Kingsburg at 40063 Rd. 56 Dinuba. The store hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9a.m. to 3 p.m. Visit Bari Olive Oil Company online at www.barioliveoil.com. Our mill is a batch mill. We can handle both large and small quantaties. If you are a large grower, we don't mind working 24 hours a day. If your batch is too small, we can try to schedule it with other small batches. We will do private label. |
