We use our 65 acres of specialized olive groves to produce this lovely extra virgin olive oil. The specific kind of olive is called "Memecik".

These olives are pressed on site with a Toscana Enologica Mori Brand Olio Mio 100 mechanical cold pressing machine within 12 hours of harvest.
