We raise premium quality Arbequina, Mission and Tuscan varietal olives and produce a certified, extra virgin olive oil that we prefer to sell to olive oil purveyors, wineries, tasting rooms and olive oil blenders. We raise and produce a premium quality product for sale to interested buyers.

We grow olive trees

We have over 6000 Arbequina and Koronieki high density Olive Trees and 280 Mission Olive Trees and 226 mixed Tuscan Olive Trees located in the rolling hills of Paso Robles, CA. They are well tended and we pride ourselves in maintaining a healthy and beautiful olive orchard.
We produce olive oil

We produce a very high quality, award winning extra virgin olive oil that wins awards every year. We bring in a mobile olive oil press and pick and immediately press three very high quality Arbequina, Mission and mixed Tuscan varietal oils for sale to bulk oil buyers. We consistently win awards at the New York and Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competitions as well as awards at both State and Local Olive Oil events.

Solana Farms Inc. is a family owned and operated vineyard and olive ranch located on the Central Coast in the rolling hills of Paso Robles, CA. We have been in business since 1992 and producing high quality olive oil since 2005. Joe & Sheila Mathewson are the owners and love to produce great olive oil. Joe is a Construction Engineer and Sheila holds a doctorate in Nursing Education. They hare both served in the Army and are retired from the California Army National Guard after 28 years at the rank of Colonel.
