Stainless Steel Oil Drums (fustis) are imported from Italy specifically for the storage of olive oil.
The Olive Oil Source is the biggest direct importer / wholesaler in the US with shipping containers arriving regularly.
All fustis come with hole near bottom and high quality
chrome plated brass spigot.
Airtight to keep down natural oxidation of your oil.
Sturdy 18/10 heavy gauge polished
finish.
4 - 3/4 inch opening on 5, 10 and
12 liter drums.
7 - 7/8 inch opening on
all other sizes. We keep all sizes
in stock.
Note: Weights shown are actual
fusti weights. The shipping
weight is higher due to size to weight ratio and depends
on whether shipped on pallets or boxed.

All Fusti prices include a high
quality chrome plated brass spigot with a tip that can fit
into most 50ml bottles.
Optional stainless steel spigots are highly recommended if the
spigot will be in constant contact with the olive oil.
The stainless steel dripless spigot allows you to turn the
tip up so that the final drips do not come out.
Fustis are 304 grade stainless, perfect for olive oil

Beautiful Stainless steel tanks
come with an airtight lid which floats down with the content's height. This
keeps oxidation to the absolute minimum, better than just airtight.
Comes with stainless steel ball valve
bottom spigot. Small footprint, heavy gauge, made in
Italy. Sizes are rounded to closest
number.
Various stands
available separately - stainless pedestal shown.
300 Liter and above conical tanks come with built in
stainless legs welded to tank and a
second stainless steel ball valve spigot at bottom of conical.
All tanks come in the Florentine finish (Swirl
polish) as in picture. Most
larger sizes, 300 liter, and above have a site glass with separate valve.
These tanks sell out very quickly in the
larger sizes so pre-orders and deposits are recommended.
