This is a great press for a hobbyist who wants to harvest and make olive oil from a small number of trees or the commercial producer who wants to run test batches before picking. Our web site has pictures and information on all components

Olive Press - Proprietary mat allows quick pressing for throughput of up to
4 gallons of paste (about 30 lbs. of olives) per hour

	20 ton vertical press

Olive Mill - This unit grinds the olives and pits into a paste for use with the press

	1 hp motor 110 volts
	Stainless steel hopper, grind chamber
	Grinds 30 lbs. of olives in about 4 minutes

Olive Paste Mixer - Mixing the paste before pressing will substantially increase oil yields - a necessary step in the process

	4 gallon capacity
