If you want to pick the flavors of Italian cooking, start picking olives with us.

  • Pick olives in a beautiful rural, unspoilt countryside and celebrate the first oil of the season with (probably) the best Bruschetta in Italy!
  • Visit the ‘frantoio’ to see how the oil is made using traditional methods and take home with you half a litre of just pressed extra virgin olive oil.
  • Learn how to use extra virgin olive oil in basic italian dishes and how to prepare home made fettuccine.
  • Discover a unique corner of Italy with its historical richness and its natural beauty.
