The olives are selected, picked up and ground during their best riping moment in order to offer a full-flavoured olive oil with a marked character from the Picual variety. - Our traditionnal range offers medium ripe fruitiness with tomato and almond flavours with a mild touch of bitter. - Our Gourmet range Esencial Olive is a trio set of oils blessed with a full range of flavours: from herbaceous aromas and green notes with a bitter-spicy taste (fig, artichokes, green tomato) to intense fruitiness with ripe fruit notes (banana, apple, sweet almond). A great number of packagings, from tins to glass and PET, designs and sizes are available to meet your requirements. ISO 9001 certificated company and bar coding systems for precise tracking of product. Indeed, as we are passionate about olive oil, we also give our visitors the opportunity to visit our mill and discover the secrets of Olive Oil through our programme of activities about Olive oil tourism: “TRIP TO OLIVE OIL WORLD”.

Our olive groves are located in the province of Jaen, Andalusia: *SAN MIGUEL: the Guadalquivir River crosses the olive grove, in Úbeda area. *GAZPACHO: next to Pedro Marin reservoir, from Jodar municipality. Located in the Sierra Magina Natural Park. *LA HIGUERUELA, from Cazorla area. Located in the Natural Park of Sierra de Cazorla Segura y Las Villas. *NINCHEZ, from Baeza area.|

|Our olive groves are in process of ecological agriculture conversion. Olive oil factory with facilities for milling, production and bottling. We realize guided tours at the olive mill every day. The elaboration takes place troughout the months of November and December, in less than 24h. from the harvest. Cold extraction (with temperature lower than 27ºC) by centrifuge.
