Additionally we offer secure, climate controlled storage for fellow growers' barrels and bottled cases. We will be offering bottling, labeling, packaging and shipping services in the Spring 2013. We also have 3200 sq ft facility available for selected events. In conjunction with the mill up the road, Foxdale Farm, we are conducting 1/2-day Saturday classes on the tree-to-mill-to-bottle process, sustainable farming techniques and the art of properly tasting EVOO.

Karen & I moved up the Central Coast of California after many years of visits and a passionate study of the extra virgin olive oil industry and emerging artisan producers in the region. The farming experience has been a tremendous learning curve and a source of continued discussions and even laughter about the whole process. Our trees have won over our hearts and were excited about the upcoming growing season. We are members of the COOC, SLO Farm Bureau, Templeton Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Coast Olive Growers.
