Tours and/or Tasting Bar We provide tours of our facilities Olive Oil Purveyor We are a wholesaler of olive oil and/or olive products We offer products that are Estate Grown. The olives used to create Treasures of Tuscany Olive oil are from mostly the leccino and frantoio species. Harvest begins in late October and ends late November, early December. The olives are brought to one of the historically oldest mills in Pistoia and crushed producing a distinctive bright greeen color, aromatic olive oil with a mild peppery finish.
