We grow olive trees

Our trees are split between Tuscan and Ligurian varietals. The majority of the Tuscans are Frantoio, with lesser numbers of Leccino, Pendolino, and Maurino. The Ligurian trees are all Taggiasca.
We produce olive oil

Olio Umberto produces two monovarietal EVOOs from our groves: • Frantoio (85% Frantoio, 10% Leccino, 2.5% Pendolino, 2.5% Maurino) • Taggiasca (100% Taggiasca) We also produce a 100% Manzanillo EVOO with olives grown in the Sierra Foothills.
