The estate grown olive varieties we selected for our Frate Sole Extra Virgin Olive Oil are predominantly Tuscan varieties –- Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Our other plantings are also Italians --Taggiasca from Liguria and Coratina from Puglia -- as well as some olives of Spanish and French origin, including Arbequina, Boutellian, Aglandau and Grossane. The fruit is hand-picked and cold-processed.
Fandango Olive Oil is produced from olives that are grown on our small family farm located on the West side of Paso Robles. We grow Arbequina and Koroneiki. All oils we produce are certified organic by CCOF and certified “extra virgin” by the California Olive Oil Council.
First Texas Olive Oil Co. is located on The Bella Vista Ranch in the Texas Hill Country town of Wimberley. Each Fall we harvest and mill our estate-grown olives on a modern Italian olive press to create the highest quality oil.
