Albert & Kim Katz have been involved with the renaissance of olive oil production in California since 1993. Over the last 10 years, together with their partner, Jim Parr, they have been organically raising olives on 20 acres in the historic Suisun Valley. Their CCOF oils, under the KATZ label, have garnered 18 gold medals at major tasting events. The oils also are featured in some of the most highly acclaimed restaurant kitchens in the country.
We have done something unique! We have harvested locally grown olives and then had them milled into extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil is the first to be commercially produced and marketed from Lodi.
Lone Star Olive Ranch is an established olive ranch located in Southeast Texas. The orchard is comprised of over 5,000 trees of different varietals, we sell olive oil, we also offer orchard consulting, installation and management services. We pride ourselves in our focus on how the Southeast region of Texas and olives work together. We work to make the olive business and olive growers in Southeast Texas a viable and successful enterprise.
Lykovouno Olive Oil is grown and produced in Greece on the private estate of San Francisco Dermatologist Dr. Peter Panagotacos. This estate was started in 1985 on the slope of his ancestral village of Lykovouno. 4,500 Koroneiki trees were planted at that time.
Temecula Mountain Olive Farm is located 20 miles east of the famous Temecula wineries. It is owned and managed by James Shellaberger and family. The 80 acre estate has 15,0000 Olive trees. This year is the first harvest for olive oil.
