Sylverleaf is a 24-acre, family-owned olive farm, located in the Sierra Foothill town of Loma Rica, California. Most of our 1000 Spanish olive trees were planted in 1906, during California's first olive boom. The shallow soil and extreme seasonal weather at Sylverleaf are ideal for growing premium olives that show all of the character and complexity of this unique region. Stella Cadente Olive Oil produces a line of artisan Northern California olive oils including our award-winning L'Autunno blend Tuscan-style EVOO and five flavored crush oils. Our olives are sustainably grown and hand harvested, producing oils of extraordinary quality and flavor.

The Paradiso Sisters, or Sorelle Paradiso came to America near the turn of the Century from a small Italian village in Puglia. They had little to bring other than their knowledge of the garden and the kitchen. Their tradition has been passed down to make our hand-crafted olive products using only the finest sun-ripened California olives. These olives are picked by hand and crushed in small batches, giving our organic extra virgin olive oil a flavor reminiscent of the Old World. Our olive groves are certified organic by Organic Certifiers of California. Our orchards are comprised of Mission, Sevillano, and Nevadillo Blanco olive varieties.

We offer a full-range of Olive Orchard Management Services, using conventional and organic methods, to assist the artisan orchardist in all phases of fruit production, from orchard establishment to harvest and beyond.

Solana Farms is a family owned vineyard and farm located in the rolling hills of Paso Robles. We raise premium quality Arbequina, Mission and Tuscan varietal olives and produce a certified, extra virgin olive oil that we prefer to sell to olive oil purveyors, wineries, tasting rooms and olive oil blenders. We raise and produce a premium quality product for sale to interested buyers.
