Our oils are naturally spicy and peppery, full of polyphenols. Depending on the harvest, we make either a Tuscan blend or a single varietal of the Frantoio or the Moraiolo.

Sylverleaf is a 24-acre, family-owned olive farm, located in the Sierra Foothill town of Loma Rica, California. Most of our 1000 Spanish olive trees were planted in 1906, during California's first olive boom. The shallow soil and extreme seasonal weather at Sylverleaf are ideal for growing premium olives that show all of the character and complexity of this unique region. The estate grown olive varieties we selected for our Frate Sole Extra Virgin Olive Oil are predominantly Tuscan varieties –- Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Our other plantings are also Italians --Taggiasca from Liguria and Coratina from Puglia -- as well as some olives of Spanish and French origin, including Arbequina, Boutellian, Aglandau and Grossane. The fruit is hand-picked and cold-processed.
Séka Hills premium extra virgin olive oil is custom milled from the fruit of our 82 acres of high density Arbequina olive trees. Séka Hills estate grown olives are carefully harvested at the peak of ripeness. Transported immediately to the mill after picking, our clean, fresh fruit produces the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
We also offer custom milling services to small and larger growers with a minimum of one ton.
Central Texas Olive Ranch is an operation to provide olives and olive oil to Central Texas and surrounding areas. We are currently the second largest super-high density olive orchard in the state of Texas, with 23,000 planted olive trees. We have 17,000 Arbequina trees, 4,500 Koroneiki trees, and 1,500 Arbosana trees. We have been harvesting our fruit since the fall.
