Séka Hills premium extra virgin olive oil is custom milled from the fruit of our 82 acres of high density Arbequina olive trees. Séka Hills estate grown olives are carefully harvested at the peak of ripeness. Transported immediately to the mill after picking, our clean, fresh fruit produces the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
We also offer custom milling services to small and larger growers with a minimum of one ton.
Our Tuscan varietal trees were imported from Italy. Located in the Sierra Foothills, our 4-acre family-owned grove is certified organic and we use sustainable growing methods. Our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils aren consistent award winners.
Our oils are naturally spicy and peppery, full of polyphenols. Depending on the harvest, we make either a Tuscan blend or a single varietal of the Frantoio or the Moraiolo.
Solana Farms is a family owned vineyard and farm located in the rolling hills of Paso Robles. We raise premium quality Arbequina, Mission and Tuscan varietal olives and produce a certified, extra virgin olive oil that we prefer to sell to olive oil purveyors, wineries, tasting rooms and olive oil blenders. We raise and produce a premium quality product for sale to interested buyers.
SOM Olive Oil is our family's award-winning olive oil - a cold-pressed boutique oil squeezed from estate-grown olives at our historic Mentese farm in Milas, Turkey, near the Aegean coast. The distribution is done from our location in New York City.
