Stainless steel fustis are the best way to protect your oil and a great way to save money by buying bulk oil and keeping it fresh. They are very easy to clean and can be used for olive oil, as well as for liquids such as wine, milk, or other oils. They have an airtight screw-down lid and comfortable handles at the top. They can be topped off with inert gas such as nitrogen or argon to further minimize oxidation. The fustis come with a chromed cast brass spigot or a stainless steel spigot, and a plug for the lower opening.
