have selected based on the quality and uniqueness of
their product. The broad flavor profile of these oils
allows us to offer a unique palette of flavors for the
bulk oil market. These oils are produced in small
batches and their availability and taste does vary from

California Extra Virgin Olive
Oils
All these
oils are produced by some of the most
experienced olive growers and millers in
California. These oils are generally available
all year and can be relied upon for a consistent
taste profile. Prices start at $30/Gallon.
California Flavored Olive Oils
These California olive oils are all made
naturally, without the addition of any flavors or additives. Unlike infused
olive oils, these oils are made by crushing Mission olives with other
ingredients which travel together through the mill to capture the most
delightful combination of flavors. No artificial flavors are added. Prices
start at $45/Gallon.

Lemon Olive Oil --
This lemon olive oil
is made naturally by crushing fresh Eureka lemons and Mission olives
together which gives it a unique flavor. It is excellent on fish, chicken,
salads and any application where the natural flavor of the olive and lemon
is desired.

Orange Olive Oil --
This orange olive oil
is made naturally by crushing fresh Navel oranges and Mission olives
together. It is excellent on fish, chicken, salads, for baking and for any
application where the natural flavor of the olive and lemon is desired.

Garlic Olive Oil --
This garlic olive oil has an amazing
natural garlic flavor made by crushing fresh garlic and Mission olives
together. It is great tossed with pasta, on salads, as a sandwich spread,
for bread dipping and in marinades.

Basil Olive Oil --
This delightful basil olive oil is made
from crushing together basil and Mission olives naturally. Fabulous tossed
with pasta for instant pesto flavor, for salads with balsamic vinegar, as a
sandwich spread or for bread dipping.

Rosemary Olive Oil --
This rosemary olive
oil is made by crushing fresh rosemary and Mission olives together. It is
perfect on lamb, chicken, fish, salads, bread and whenever the flavor of
olive and rosemary is desired.
Wine Based Vinegars
These wine vinegars are made by the French
Orleans method: small oak casks are partially filled with wine and a select
bacteria is introduced which slowly ferments the wine into vinegar.
Ventilation holes allow air flow to carry off fermentation by-products which
can cause bitterness in vinegars produced in a more industrial method.
