Herbed Parmesan Dipping Oil

1/2 cup The Olive Oil Source medium-flavor extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon The Olive Oil Source balsamic vinegar
1 large clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Crusty French or Italian Bread

Combine extra virgin olive oil with ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake well. Pour into saucers. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving. Use as a dip for crusty bread slices.
