The COOC is delighted to announce the first ever COOC olive oil competition.
This is an exciting opportunity! Winners will be announced at the annual
member recognition dinner at The Lodge at Sonoma on Saturday evening,
February 28, 2009.
The competition will include extra virgin and flavored oils.
The judges will be selected from COOC Taste Panel members. This talented
team has over 140 years of experience tasting oils for COOC certification as
well as domestic and international judging venues.
