Olive Oil Private Labeling

Olive Oil is a great gift for  parties, housewarmings, and dinners.  We can also help you pick a special oil, bottle and label for wedding favors, corporate gifts, premiums, holidays and fundraisers. Do you have a deli, restaurant or retail store where you can sell a signature oil?  We do large quantity bottling for supermarket chains and for export.

Considerations when deciding on a private labeled oil

1.) Picking the oil - Over 50 varieties of oil from infused to pure varietals.  We can arrange a special tasting at your site to help you decide.

2.) Choosing the bottle - Many sizes, colors, styles to choose from.  Do you want a cork, screw top, fancy foil, wax seal, etc.

3.) Designing the label - Design your own or let us do it for you.  We can deliver the bottles with or without labels.  See Labels

4.) Fancy containers -  foil, cardboard, wooden crates, draw-string bags

Custom Flavors
Only available in 55 gallon lots - 46 cases (12 bottles)  in a 12.7 oz (375 ml) bottle

Bread Dipper #1: Featuring Balsamic vinegar and Extra Virgin olive oil with basil, garlic, herbs of Provence, salt and a bit of cayenne. It is currently the most popular product and is a great appetizer with bread, a light meal if you add cheese, olives and such, or as the staff at Folie a Deux proclaim - the best marinade they ever had.

Rosemary Olive Oil: Fresh, vibrant rosemary flavor. Branches are hand harvested in the Napa Valley. As a base for aioli, brushed on grilled items, or in pasta with blue cheese. A natural with pork, chicken or lamb. Serve as is with bread, cheese and sliced meats.

Fennel Olive Oil: Deep fennel flavor. Serve with seafood, vegetable sauté, onions and sausage, Mediterranean and fruit salads.

Porcini Olive Oil: Black in color with concentrated Porcini flavor. Delivers rich meaty flavor. Elegant on pasta, meats, baked potatoes, ripe tomato salads & salami sandwiches. Makes mouthwatering Mayo and is a reported aphrodisiac!

Mint & Chili Olive Oil: A versatile contrast of flavors. Starts cool and fresh and finishes hot and fiery. Toss on salads of oranges & garlic, pour as a dip for pot stickers, stir-fry Asian dishes, brush on grilled pineapple, or use as a marinade for BBQ chicken.

Basil & Chili Olive Oil: A blend of sweet basil and hot chili. Adds a few tears to Italian food. A natural staple for Thai style sautés, Southwest BBQ and fresh garden salads.

Sweet Chili Olive Oil: Rich chili flavor make this deep purple oil great for those who like flavor, but not heat. Savor with sauté vegetables, chili, warm cornbread, & pasta.

Hot Chili Olive Oil: True red color has your mouth watering while the cork is still in the bottle! This is HOT. Use sparingly or courageously to zest up stews, soups, and sauces or in Asian stir-fry.

Smoked Chili Olive Oil: Medium heat is backed with layers of rich smoky flavors. This is an addicting sensation with unlimited possibilities. Try it on popcorn, sautéed onions with pasta and pecorino, & hot French fries. Adds depth to stews and sauces. Required with chili and BBQ.

Sun Dried Red & Yellow Tomato Olive Oil: Bright bits of red & yellow sun dried tomatoes make this flavorful oil a shake and pour sensation. Perfect for fresh salads, pizza, pasta, ...

Basil & Garlic Olive Oil: Rich green color provides plenty of sweet basil flavor. Combined with slightly roasted garlic this oil is good on anything. Try dipping bread, drizzling on fresh tomatoes and red onions, tossing pasta or making mayonnaise. Easiest way to flavor mashed potatoes.

Mixed Herbs and Lemon Olive Oil: The classic herbs de provance with the help of lemon zest makes this bouquet of flavors even brighter. Use on salads, grilled anything, drizzling on fresh tomatoes, tossing pasta or for pungent aioli.

Lemon & Pepper: Very lemony with toasted black and white peppercorns. Pour directly on seafood, blend into a mayonnaise for seafood salads. This is wonderful on steamed vegetables.

Orange & Thyme Olive Oil: This is a very versatile oil. The orange is sweet & buttery while the thyme is an aromatic high note. Meat, fish, chicken, & vegetables are all benefited by this combination.

Juniper Red Wine Vinegar: A classic pairing! Juniper berries are infused with red wine vinegar creating a tart & dry vinegar that is marvelous with marinades, as an addition to sauces, and as dressing for winter vegetables.

Rosemary Red Wine Vinegar: From dressing up salads to marinating pork, chicken & lamb, this is a classic herb infusion. Very aromatic- a little does a lot.

Blackberry Vinegar: Overripe blackberries converted into vinegar in French oak barrels.
Strawberry and Basil Champagne Vinegar: Sweet strawberries, pungent basil, and mild champagne vinegar- what's not to like?
